Welcome to First Impressions Video!
Here you will learn about the many facets of videography—and what I do that sets my service apart. As the tag line suggests, there is rarely—I say never—a second chance to capture a special or critical moment, whether a bride and groom starting their lives together, recording a final farewell to a loved one or chronicling the history of a revered family member.
This motto also crosses over into the commercial realm: Capturing information vital to the accuracy and viability of legal proceedings, bringing an organization’s identity and brand to life in its designated marketplace, harnessing the power of video imagery to advance the fund-raising endeavors of charitable organizations; all these represent the core of First Impressions’ passion toward delivering a quality product to those who retain my services.
90% of my work is done as a “single person crew,” or “SPC” for short. This allows me to deliver excellent quality at a fair and competitive price. I shoot high-definition video using professional video cameras and digital SLRs, and have a full compliment of microphones (including two wireless microphone systems), recording and lighting equipment. Should any project go beyond the scope of SPC, I have a database of additional crew members that can be called in for support.
